سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

الاستبدال والاسترجاع :

بكل سرور نقبل عملية الاستبدال والاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام المنتج حسب الشروط الاتية

- يجب بأن يكون في حالته الأصلية من التغليف

- بوليصة الشحنة مطلوبة للمرتجعات

- لن يتم استرجاع تكلفة الشحن

نحن نبيع منتجات مخصصة لفنون القتال والرياضة وبالتالي لا يمكننا قبول استرجاع او استبدال المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تلفها من قبل العميل .

استرجاع المال:

يتم عادة استرجاع المال من 7 الى 14 يوم. معظم الاسترجاع يتم في غضون 3- 5 ايام بعد استلام ومعالجة المرتجع.

Returns and Exchanges:

We will gladly accept returns within 3 days of Delivery under the following conditions:

- Products must be in new condition with tags & packaging and resealable.

- Proof of purchase or receipt is required for all returns.

- Shipping costs will not be refunded on a return.

We sell equipment that is meant for combat training and fitness therefore we cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise.

Refund:

Usually in about 7-14 Days. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
